We are looking for new members, particularly tenors and basses. Reading music is useful but entirely optional as most of our stuff can be learned by ear. What isn't optional is a decent attitude and a good sense of humour. We meet in Mytholmroyd on a Wednesday night so if you just want to come along and say hello and have a listen to what one of our rehearsals is like then please get in touch through the website or though Facebook and we will sort something out.

Inspired by the Australian Spooky Men's Chorale, Menfolk Waits formed in September 2009 to perform at the Raise Your Banners festival of political song. Since then we've appeared at many Harmony Open Mics in Hebden Bridge, at fund-raisers for White Ribbon and as support for the Bristol Georgian Choir.
